I've just tried it out and discovered that it fails but not the same way. Running X with these settings results in my monitor complaining that the card tries to drive it with a horizontal frequency of 10.8 kHz and a vertical frequency of 21 Hz — although these frequencies are totally outside the ranges I specified in my X server configuration. > [...] Wolfgang
