Yes we all agree that there were and there are this kind of bugs. We are working on them but preventing is not always possible without a good deal of people/testers that works on pre-releases with us. For example the alt+tab problem. I have never used alt+tab to navigate on my desktop. I didn't even know it existed.. sorry i am a very old fashion guy coming from AmiOS where a mouse click was enough to change focus on a window ;) now i know it's there and i play with it since the bug has been found.. kinda of regression test.. probably on a larger testers base that would have come out much faster. I consider problems like this a fault of all people not answering to our calls for testers, but i take the full responsability if it takes more time than expected to fix a problem. Also, reverting the changes is not always the right direction to go. We need to have a chance to fix problems other than postponing them.
