There are several problems... 1. I'm not getting "dri enabeled" or "dri disabled". 2. These missing symbols. 3. A general not working of mach64 DRI on sparc.
I have a Mesa tree that builds in linux, previously there was some solaris only ASM. The DRI tree still has this build problem, so I must use another Xserver. The bug here being that the SPARC debian X server is not usefull for this, where the I386 is. I'm now looking into AGP support, thought I think mach64 cards are only PCI. --- Branden Robinson <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > tag 255282 + moreinfo > thanks > > On Sat, Jun 19, 2004 at 07:42:11PM -0500, Mike Mestnik) (The Archmage > Forever wrote: > > Package: xserver-xfree86 > > Version: 4.3.0.dfsg.1-5 > > Severity: normal > > > > I'm working on Mesa, specificaly getting DRI to work on this mach64. > I have > > an i386 box with a simular chip and it workes well. > > > > I don't think that has anything todo with DRI, I think it's only for > > glx(remote/indirect) clients. > > > > (II) LoadModule: "GLcore" > > (II) Loading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a > > Skipping > "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_clip.o": No > symbols found > > Skipping > "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_norm.o": No > symbols found > > Skipping > "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_xform.o": No > symbols found > > Skipping > "/usr/X11R6/lib/modules/extensions/libGLcore.a:m_debug_vertex.o": No > symbols found > > (II) Module GLcore: vendor="The XFree86 Project" > > What is the bug you are reporting?
