The information included by reportbug suggests otherwise, and even if that wasn't the case, that would be unlikely to cause slow wdm startup unless it uses OpenGL (which it doesn't seem to, judging by its dependencies) because the drivers in xlibmesa-dri only get loaded by the client-side libGL.
