minor web content updates on necrotic

Hi folks,

I've shut down two things that have long outlived their usefulness on
necrotic:

* The SVN repository snapshotting cron job.  Many of you may not remember
  this; it was only operative on the XFree86 repository, and is beyond
  irrelevant now.
* The XSF web page itself.  I've set up a "seeother" redirect for /xsf.* to
  <URL: http://wiki.debian.org/XStrikeForce >.

A new service I hope to deploy as soon as David Martínez Moreno has some
packages ready is ViewVC (the renamed and much-improved ViewCVS).  When I
set this up I will do so for all the XSF SVN repos.  My snapshotting cron
job was just a kludge to work around the fact that ViewCVS has been broken
for SVN repos for over a year.
