Author: Thierry Reding <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

This also fixes an issue where a tag could not be created because its
    reference was not imported.

commit b7d91a9d6f981905bf98707df2c964e246c10f77
Author: Thierry Reding <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Date: Mon Dec 18 11:30:45 2006 +0100

    No longer skip revision 3937.

    git-svnimport anymore.

commit 6156d2d6653848c84a272c101de54d4356c10c8f
Author: Thierry Reding <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Date: Mon Dec 18 11:20:56 2006 +0100

    No longer skip revision 2628.

The "bad" tag doesn't seem to screw up the index anymore.
