After upgrade from xorg 6.9 to 7.0 startx & co dont work anymore,
because /usr/bin/X is the wrong program to be used. Instead
/usr/bin/Xorg should be used.
Changing it both in /usr/bin/startx and /etc/X11/xinit/xserverrc
solves the problem.

No reply from the submitter since June, I'm thus closing this bug (which
probably was due to a transitional issue).
Feel free to reopen if /etc/X11/X still points to /bin/true on your
system.
