Package: xserver-xfree86
Version: 4.1.0-9
Severity: important
When module "dri" is loaded in the xserver, you can always freeze the system
by launching xawtv and moving the xawtv window. The problem goes away
if you comment out "dri" in XF86Config-4.
Differnet kernel versions (Debian's 2.4.9-k6, 2.4.12-k6, and homebuilt
2.4.13 and 2.4.14) do not change this behavior.
