Yes, it happens with Skype, whose "trademark" symbol is displayed as `"b'. However, some other programs (e.g. Opera, when displaying Japanese titles) seem to work. There was a brief period when the Skype TM symbol was correctly displayed, I think shortly before I filed my bug.
