# discover --data-path=xfree86/server/device/driver display -bash: discover: command not found (on both machines) I also tried dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg: there was no autodetection (on either machine), instead I was asked to select a driver (mga was highlighted by default). During the initial upgrade, however, I didn't get that screen: I was only asked about screen-resolutions. (By the way: the upgrade was done remotely through ssh.) Why doesn't xserver-xorg use the setup from /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 which worked perfectly with XFree86? Daniel -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
