This bug have been present in any release of the last 3-4 months.
Xserver dies with a SIGSEGV.
Xserver-xfree86 4.0.3-4 ( containted in file
xserver-xfree86_4.0.3-4_powerpc.deb ) works fine.
I've been reinstalling this old, working version for a while: it seemed to me
that such an already raised bug, but it isn't the case.
I have a Graphite iBook (with an Ati Rage 128 Mobility).
