Package: compiz Version: 0.5.2-2 Severity: important On this system, running "compiz --replace" returns an empty screen, with only the mouse pointer. The mouse seems active, does change according to what is guessed to be under it, and applications may apparently be run.
FWIW, the pointers shown did follow the mouse pointer theme as set up in GNOME.
