I had a bug like this with earlier xserver-xorg-core. The BIOS PreferredMode of the first output was overriding the xorg.conf PreferredMode of the next output. Since VGA-0 is listed before DVI-0 with the ati driver, there's a good chance it's related and that the fix for my bug was actually incomplete. > xrandr however, shows the + in the proper place for both monitors, so > at least something is picking up the PreferredMode, it's just not properly > applied when the initial mode is selected. > Can you send the corresponding xrandr output? I will forward your report on the upstream bugzilla. Brice -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble? Contact [EMAIL PROTECTED]
