I am not sure what to do with this bug. We have a similar report on intel (#453754), on mach64 (#430067) and on ati (#441902). The problem seems to be related to some clipping, and it's not clear whether the problem should be fixed in the drivers on in the server. The upstream bug https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12356 has been wrongly marking as duplicate/fixed from my point of view. Is the problem so easy to reproduce? Can you try xserver-xorg-video-intel 2.2.99.901-1 from experimental first? Then you could try upgrading to Xserver 1.5-rc1 using deb http://pkg-xorg.alioth.debian.org/7.4/ ./ in case this has been improved in the server?
