Package: xorg Version: 1:7.3+18 Severity: important when playing gnome-mahjongg, the screen went momentarily black. after pressing a key, the xserver 'herringbone' flashed on the screen along with a nearly fullscreen "x" logo (the classic split x logo). afterward, the xserver was accepting input events less and less, until it stopped responding to keyboard and mouse events altogether - note that the x pointer was still moveable. had to use the sysrq key to sync and reboot.
