After dist-upgrading to 7.4 from 7.3 EmulateWheelButton is not working
correctly.
EmulateWheelButton is set in xorg.conf as follows:

Xorg.0.log reports that every input device uses an EmulateWheelButton, even
though it only is set above for the Trackball, and for the wrong button
