there's currently no way to know that a bug report (or comment) was generated using reportbug-ng. It'd be nice to have an appropriate User-Agent or similar field pointing at rng (including a version number). For example devscripts uses 'User-Agent: devscripts bts/2.10.48', reportbug uses 'X-Mailer: reportbug 4.1' or 'X-Reportbug-Version: 3.48'.
