You are using console-setup to configure your keyboard as a evdev. evdevs
don't have an event associated with ctrl-alt-backspace by default.
dpkg-reconfigure -plow console-setup will ask you about it, or you might
configure the keyboard in xorg.conf as a corekeyboard and avoid the usage of
evdevs (afaicr).
