Pre-Depends on x11-common. This was needed for upgrades from sarge.
      Delete generated files.
      Run autoreconf on build. Add build-deps on automake and xutils-dev.
      Parse space-separated DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS, and handle parallel=N.
      Fix copypaste goof in rules.
      Merge branch 'debian-unstable' of 
git+ssh://[email protected]/git/pkg-xorg/proto/x11proto-xf86misc 
into debian-unstable
      Bump the build-dep on xutils-dev (>= 1:7.5~1).
