Comments on the three packages I have worked with so far: thunar-vcs-plugin: Targeting unstable - this one hasn't been ported to libthunarx-3-dev and libexo-2-dev yet so could be uploaded to unstable. It got a pretty massive copyright file - This is because the COPYING file claims GPL 2, but all source files claim GPL 2+.
