Hi Leandro, sorry for the delay. Can you request to join the Xfce group on Salsa (https://salsa.debian.org/xfce-team). I'll also import the xfce4-panel- profiles to the goodies (https://salsa.debian.org/xfce-team/goodies) subgroup. We also need to review a bit the packaging. I assume your sponsor already did some work on that so it should merely be to check that it fits with the current packaging practice. Then when everything is ready we'll be able to upload.
