has caused the Debian Bug report #878880,
regarding xfce4-panel: Xfce goes into kiosk mode after editing "icons,
positions of itens and etc." and reboot or logout. At the next login, the panel
will be in kiosk mode,it without the file config needed to it goes into mode.
Popup are invoked infinitly showing that is kiosk mode active. Any solotion is
deleting manualy the directory ~/.cache/sessions and relogin on the system. the
fallow link can help: the forum that help me to fix it
