Breaking news! :) I've restricted testing only to those tags that are assigned to at least 1000 packages, and I'm getting better results and faster execution: Computing on 8 tags. (1657/17275, 0.052 seconds per package) Unfortunately, only 8 tags are tested with this strategy. But the patch is really quite good, I attach the partial one.
