Hi,

it seems that my words are faster than I am myself. I wanted to start with that
page when I'm finished with the "protocol" descriptions, which take longer than
I originally anticipated.
But I thought that the Debian Wiki would be a good place to add the page. We
should revive the DebTags page first with a tiny bit of content and then create
"DebtagsTaggingGuidelines" with use cases and guidelines for every tag. There's
surely enough material lurking in the mailing list archive to start with.

greetings

Torsten
