I should mention that to me this phrase is familiar as a piece of language-teaching jargon, while to developers it's more likely to be natural-language-translation jargon - "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Target_language" redirects to "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Translation". So assuming it does end up separate, I would request a long description along the lines of "supports programming in". -- JBR Ankh kak!
