http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/ssearch.html enter 'transcription', click on 'Search'. We don't have a tag for it, but trascription-related packages have been tagged with field::TODO. field::TODO is regognised as relevant, and gives an approximate result set which indeed contains transcription packages.
