Hello, I've implemented some session tracking in http://debtags.alioth.debian.org/edit.html
The web application tries to maintain a tracking UUID on a cookie, and sends it together with every patch. This allows to later correlate the patches together as a single editing session from the same person. To do now: a "sign my changes" feature, tho allow trusted people to mark their tracking UUIDs as trusted, so that their patches can go in without manual review.
