Hello !
I know the question was already asked, but i
found no answer...
I installed Linux for
windows, and Everything
went perfect until I went to boot up for the first time. I get this error: Request_module [block-major-71] root fs
not mounted
VFS: Cannot open root device 07:07 kernel panic: VFS: Unable to mount root fs on 07:07 I've tried with other cd's (iso files
downloaded from other ftp server) but still the same trouble
!
i've got :
celeron 466mhz
128Ram (64 at 100 and 64 at
133mhz)
Windows 98 second edition freshly
installed...
i would really enjoy discovering linux
mandrake 7.2 under windows 98 before making a choice...
May i use the "updates 7.2" that i downloaded
to solve my kernel panic problem ????? (stupid question ?)
Thanks everybody
!!!!
