The reason why I do not think this is a good idea is the following: When decibel implements the Telepathy AccountManager API (which is worse than ours IMHO), then we need to use the Telepathy AccountManager bus names, too. This gets us into a situation where Telepathy and Decibel compete on resources (names on the D-Bus) and depending on who "wins" the user will get one set of accounts or another. This seems highly undesirable to me.
