Don,

Cr<>Lf indicates only that they are not balanced. Lf>Cr and Cr>Lf indicates
which is missing, so one can choose their own poison and apply different
weights. If you were to test a sample batch of messages, you would find that
one is more prevalent than the other, by a large factor.
