That's not good. We had an alpha (unreleased) version (between 1.16 and
1.16b) that we were running that did that, but identified the problem and
fixed it. But the cause of the problem was something that was added in
v1.16b. Looking at the changes between 1.16 and 1.16b, I can't imagine
anything that would have fixed such a problem (read: the problem may still
be there).

That, too, is not good. Is anyone else seeing this?

This is fixed in 1.16b, so you don't need to use those anymore.
