You're correct, something is not setup correctly! I'm getting an "Error 2
starting scanner". Do you know what this message is referring to?

Those are the folders that Declude uses temporarily to scan attachments.
Have you tested Declude Virus with the eicar.com file to make sure that it
is set up properly and detecting viruses? You can send the eicar.com test
file from our "Test Mail Sender" at http://www.declude.com/tools .
If those folders are staying around, something isn't set up properly. This
could happen if the scanner isn't installed properly (the SCANFILE option
in \IMail\Declude\virus.cfg must point to a valid program), or if the
scanner is creating its own files (in which case Declude wouldn't be able
to delete the directory).
The first thing to do is to go to Windows Explorer (or the tool of your
choice) and delete all those directories. It is safe to delete them. The
next thing to do is look at your Declude Virus log file
(\IMail\spool\vir####.log); if you can't see the problem in there, please
E-mail it to [EMAIL PROTECTED] and we can help determine what the problem
is.
