We don't charge extra for virus or spam filtering. It's been so good for business that I feel like it's well worth it. It's not only increased signups but has also lowered the cost of techsupport substantially.

This is not technical but more business ended.  About wht percent of your customers are interested in the virus and spam protcetion when you launch?  Also, do any of you charge extra per mailbox.  Like $15 per year or somthing for the screening?  if so, are most ok with paying that?
