No.  The "/DUMB" switch definitely should be used.  It forces all files to 
be scanned, regardless of extension.

The history behind it and why it was so poorly named -- they named it 
"/DUMB" because they thought it was dumb that anyone would need it.  The 
organizations that test virus scanners often do things like rename ".COM" 
extensions to ".MOC", so without the /DUMB switch, they would think that 
F-Prot did very poorly in catching viruses.

Little did Frisk know that later on, Microsoft would be able to run 
executable files with .LNK extensions and other weird stuff.
