After you upgrade to 7.x, it may reset the registry entry that Declude
uses. After upgrading, you should run the \IMail\declude.exe file once
(which changes the registry setting back), and then you can stop/restart
the IMail SMTP service so that the change will take effect. This is safe
to do whether or not the upgrade caused the registry entry to change.
