Make sure to delete the F-Prot.PIF file if you are using the DOS 
version.  If you are using the Windows version, you need to disable the 
"RealTime Protector".

If that doesn't take care of the problem, you can E-mail me your 
\Imail\Declude\virus.cfg and \IMail\spool\vir####.log files, and I can 
check to see what might be wrong.
