Yes, the banned E-mails are quarantined to the \IMail\spool\virus directory.

You can copy both the D*.SMD file (the E-mail itself) and the matching
Q*.SMD file (the one with the same name, except the first character is a
"Q") to the \IMail\spool directory. IMail will deliver it on the next
queue run (typically 20 minutes or so), or you can use the "View Queue" in
the IMail Administrator and choose "Send One" to send it immediately.
