Actually, it isn't that easy. The problem is that if the E-mail has
multiple segments (IE both a text and HTML segment), MIME will encoded each
one separately. When the footer is added, it goes at the end -- which is
outside of the MIME segments, so it isn't in either the text or HTML segment.
