You can use the postmaster.eml file to send a notification to the local 
postmaster account.  If you want an E-mail notiifcation sent to another 
address, you can copy the postmaster.eml file, and change the "To:" line to 
use the address you want the notification to go to.

That file is only used for banned file extensions, and will not get sent 
out when a virus is detected.
