That happens if the IMail1.exe file doesn't finish after 10 minutes, so Declude assumes that something went wrong and it stops the process so it won't sit in memory forever. IMail1.exe is the program that Declude uses to send out E-mail, such as the virus notifications. Did you make a change recently to one of the \IMail\Declude\*.eml template files? If so, it may be that IMail1.exe couldn't handle the change, and brought up the GUI window that it has, thinking you would be there to take care of the problem.
