There was just one problem, where mailing list messages could be delayed.

The problem started in v1.48, where we made a change to prevent a lot of
redundant code from being run for mailing list messages. However, there
was an issue with the change where the IMail SMTP delivery process may not
have been called, which would delay the delivery of the E-mails. This was
fixed in 1.50, but 1.51 makes sure that the parameters to the SMTP process
are set up correctly.

This is just a standard bug, which happens sometimes in betas. :)

There is no mystery around this, just a new feature that was added that had
a bug in it that wasn't fixed correctly the first time. So there is no
need to reverse any changes (which would remove a new feature).
