McAphee ?? You mean McAfee ? They do have a daily update that you can download from them. Also Klez.e and .h McAfee has detected since release 4168 of their dats.
I use McAfee CLI and been catching Klez for a LONG time. If your McAfee install isn't then I would suspect your updates are not getting applied correctly.
