To find out why, you'll need to open one of those mailboxes with a text 
editor, such as Notepad (it is safe to open them with a text 
editor).  You'll need to check the IMail log files at the date/time one of 
them was received, and then check the Declude Virus log files to see what 
happened.

That's a good thing -- if it deleted the .mbx files, then all the users' 
E-mail would get deleted (not just the one E-mail with the virus).

That's not a good setting to use when scanning mailbox files.  Also, note 
that very few virus scanners will be able to both detect and clean viruses 
in .mbx files.
