The Received: header shows the E-mail came from 199.106.236.85, which has a
reverse DNS entry of mail.mailbits.com. So it definitely did come from
mailbits.com.

The X-Sender-IP: is sometimes used by web applications to show the IP
address of the person that made a request. So I'm guessing that customer Y
was at the mailbits.com website, and gave them customer X's E-mail
address. There was probably some incentive to do so, such as a sweepstakes
or something.
