That sounds like a corrupt virus -- several of the new ones will send an 
attachment along with the virus, often a .jpg file from the local 
server.  If there is no data in the .exe file, F-Prot isn't going to be 
able to detect the virus (the .jpg or other attachment in these cases is 
just a random file from the computer that got the virus).
