You absolutely, positively can not use the F-Prot on-access scanner with 
Declude Virus.  It MUST be disabled.  Those three settings only affect the 
on-access scanner, and would not even apply to Declude.

If you are looking to run F-Prot's on-access scanner with another server 
that is not running Declude Virus, that's fine.  But you need to disable it 
if it is on the server that Declude Virus is running on.
