I have seen no problems. I do not monitor the server constantly though. I do it remotely along with several other jobs. Only hit it usually once a day. If there are any popups, Terminal Server does not show them and the popups do not seem to be stopping the detections. Caught 147 yesterday. I guess I am going to play ostrich and make like nothing is happening...
