That's a new security measure -- it's now generally agreed upon that
partial/fragmented E-mails are no longer worth accepting, because they will
bypass all SMTP-based virus scanners. Declude Virus now treats that as a
vulnerability.
Back when 50K was the recommended maximum size for an E-mail, splitting
files among several E-mails was advantageous. However, there is little (if
any) benefit to splitting E-mails now.
