To complete stop users from receiving those those notifications, you can
just delete the \IMail\Declude\recip.eml file.

In that case, a better option for you would be to add a line
"SKIPIFVIRUSNAMEHAS Klez" to the top of the \IMail\Declude\recip.eml
file. That way, the notifications will still go out, but users will not
get them for the Klez virus.
