Is the file named properly (\IMail\Declude\BANnotify.eml, with no ".txt" or "_eml" extension)?I have been getting a lot of complaints about emails not being received recently. I suspected they were probably being trapped. I ran a test and sent myself a .exe attachment which we ban. However, the BANnotify.eml file is not being sent to the sender, so they never know they their email/attachment was blocked.
Are there "To:", "From:", and "Subject:" lines before the first blank line in the file (there should be)?
Are there any HTML codes at the beginning of the file (there should not be)?
Do the log files report any warnings when this happens?
If none of those explain the problem, we can get you switched to the debug mode to test it further.
